Rosemary Alvarez brain worm video: Worm in brain
By Therese Lisieux on November 20th, 2008Rosemary Alvarez, a woman in Arizona had a brain worm. Her doctors thought she had a tumor but when they operated, they found a worm in her brain. Due to the unknown brain worm, Alvarez had numbness in her arm and blurred vision.
When Alvarez’s doctors looked at her MRI, they thought they saw a tumor. They were relieved it was only a brain worm. Doctors told that brain worms and worms in the bloodstream could originate from consuming undercooked pork or from unclean hands. Washing hands with soap after using the bathroom was essential to prevent worms getting into the body. Food handlers who are unhygienic may spread the worms in an epidemic.
