Ronald Haddad: Haddad charged for threatening mails
By Therese Lisieux on February 11th, 2009Ronald Haddad Jr, 28, of South Park Avenue, was arrested for making threats in interstate communications. Haddad allegedly mailed 25 letters and packages and emails.
Some of the snail mail contained powder or shotgun shells. The communications were filled with explicit language that contained threats. Some packages allegedly sent by Haddad were rigged to explode upon opening. The packages failed to explode.
Haddad was admitted to a mental health center in the past. Haddad had sued a police officer and others for admitting him to the mental health center.
