The website, Rolling Stone, published a post that claimed the Republicans are engaging in tactics to block the vote from Democrats. The names may be missing from the voters lists and these voters may be forced to cast votes by provisional ballots.

The balloted votes are then discarded discreetly without adding to the tally. The Republicans were accused of doing this to block the vote. The Rolling Stone alleged they had the statistic that one in nine Democrats were subjected to this method of voter fraud. Rolling Stone alleged that this was serious enough to give the Republicans victories in 6 States. The long story is here.

Is the Rolling Stone correct? This kind of allegation may influence the swing voters to favor the underdog.
