Mindy McCready was alleged to be Roger Clemens’ other woman but she has denied nurturing thoughts of marrying him. Mindy McCready said she wanted Roger Clemens to do right by his family.

Mindy McCready did an interview with Inside Edition and this aired on Monday, Nov. 17. Mindy McCready apologized to Debbie Clemens for having the affair with her husband, Roger Clemens. Mindy McCready told The News that she started her affair with Roger Clemens when she was 15 years old. McCready told this in April 2008 but in September 2008, she reiterated her claims. Now, in November 2008, McCready has once again admitted to having had an affair with Roger Clemens.

Roger Clemens had steadfastly denied the so called affair. Clemens said Mindy McCready was a family friend and his wife, Debbie Clemens knew about her. Mindy McCready shot down these claims of Roger Clemens by saying she had never met Debbie Clemens nor met any of Roger Clemens’ 4 sons.

While Inside Edition claimed that McCready and Clemens ended their affair because McCready wanted Clemens to marry her, Mindy McCready denied this. McCready said she never wanted to get married to Roger Clemens. Mindy McCraedy has come out with this explosive interview as part of her attempts to make a comeback into the limelight with a new album. Mindy McCready was also shopping for a distributor for a new reality TV show.

Last year, Mindy McCready was jailed 1 year as from July 2007 for assault on her mother, and various probation violation convictions. She served less than a year. She was released and had a low profile until now. She is trying to revive her music career. She had a young child before her problems escalated.

In May 10, 2005, Mindy McCready’s boyfriend, William McKnight was charged with breaking and assault of Mindy.

On April 29, Fox23 reported that Mindy McCready confirmed her long affair with Roger Clemens. She did it by an ambiguous statement. She said she could not refute the story. Thereby the sexual part of the affair was true. She emphasized that it was his professional life that was under scrutiny.It should not matter that Roger Clemens romanced Mindy McCready when she was 15.

Mindy has forgotten that it was an offence to share sexual intimacy with a minor.
