Rodney Swank, of O’Fallon, St Louis, was charged with sexual misconduct. What did Swank do? Swank, 52 exposed himself to young girls who were running a lemonade stand. Swank flashed himself.

Swank did that in October 2008 and the girls, 8 and 9 year olds, ran away. In Feb 2009, Swank approached a girl who knew she had to take down his vehicle license plate number. Police found Rodney Swank and arrested him.
