Robin Williams was seriously ill. Williams was admitted into the ICU of a hospital in South Florida. Williams, 57, had been on a whirlwind tour of America, taking in 11 cities during the past 3 weeks. Williams, an actor and comedian, was suddenly taken ill on Wed., March 4, when he complained he was breathless.

Williams has canceled his shows for 4 performances in South Florida. Williams had been touring his one man show called “Weapons of Self Destruction”. Williams began in September 2008.

Williams was checked by doctors, who advised a week of rest. Williams has kept his next appointment open. That may mean Williams would be back on stage on Monday, March 9, in Jacksonville, Florida.
