May 28 2009 – Robert Rosen is suing Chris Brown for personal injury. Rosen allegedly was assaulted after he took Brown’s photo at a fitness club in LA on March 13 2009. Rosen said he was chased by Brown’s bodyguard after he took Brown’s photo while he was playing basketball.

Rosen said he tried to run away but was stopped by a worker of LA Fitness Club. Rosen said he fell down a flight of stairs. Brown’s bodyguard then assaulted him. Rosen claimed he suffered injuries, and was disabled. Rosen wants monetary compensation for his medical bills and emotional distress. Rosen has also sued the LA Fitness Club for negligence and other claims. Rosen alleged that the Fitness Club failed to protect him.

Chris Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, said that Robert Rosen filed a frivolous lawsuit and was seeking publicity and money. Geragos claimed that Robert Rosen was a member of the paparazzi.

The rumor said Chris Brown had a new girlfriend, Erica Jackson. Just one day ago, Chris Brown’s girlfriend was said to be another woman, Natalie Mejia. These are all unconfirmed rumors.

Erica Jackson is a student of University of Mary Washington in Virginia. Jackson knew Brown in Virginia, back when he stayed in his home state. Jackson was described as a former girlfriend who re-connected with Brown when he was in Virginia for a visit.

Brown’s rep denied about Erica Jackson.
