Robert McDonald: Robert McDonald tried to exit plane
By Clarencia Cynrae on March 31st, 2009Robert McDonald, 60, was inside an airplane waiting on the tarmac of JFK airport. McDonald was tired of waiting after an hour and tried to open the plane’s emergency door. Flight attendants on board managed to stop MacDonald before he fully opened the emergency exit hatch and activating the emergency chute.
McDonald was arrested by airport police on Sunday night, March 29, in New York. NYC prosecutors decided to charge him. McDonald did not enter a plea on Monday, during his arraignment.
Robert McDonald, from Glasgow, Scotland, was waiting for his plane to fly to Las Vegas. The aircraft was delayed due to weather.
