Robert Infantino, 50, who is popularly known as “Long Island’s Favorite Magician”, was arrested for the second time in 5 months. Robert Infantino was arrested for secretly videotaping people who were undressed. Robert Infantino made sexually pervert videos.

Robert Infantino pleaded not guilty on Thur., Dec. 4. Infantino was in court in Suffolk County. The indictment charged Infantino with one count of promoting a sexual performance by a child. Infantino was charged with 32 counts of unlawful surveillance.

Robert Infantino’s earlier charge was on a 78 count indictment. Infantino was accused of having child pornography and taping a woman and her daughters, 10 and 14. The mother of the girls said she discovered a video camera in Infantino’s dressing room during a photo shoot at Infantino’s home, which also served as his office.

Robert Infantino’s lawyer said his client was innocent on the earlier (first) charge.
