Robby Gordon is angry that he was in a deal with Gillett Evernham Motorsports. Robby Gordon alleged he was cheated and applied to a judge to excuse his million dollar bill for an investment fee.

Gordon’s company had signed a deal to join with Gillett Evernham Motorsports. This GEM is a race team owner who is a huge player in the market. An investment company was contracted to make the deal between Robby Gordon’s company and GEM. Gordon claimed this deal turned sour because he thought it was “fraudulently induced.” Because of this, Gordon wants out of the deal and omit paying the $1 million plus investment fee. Is it true that the deal was “fraudulent”? Does Gordon have the right to back out? Let’s wait and see what happens.
