Rita Cosby wrote a book called “Blonde Ambition”. Cosby alleged that Howard K Stern and Larry Birkhead had a gay men sexual encounter. Cosby claimed this liaison was filmed on tape. Stern and Birkhead denied Cosby’s claims.

Stern filed a lawsuit against Cosby but Birkhead didn’t. Stern asked for $60 million.

On November 20, Stern’s lawsuit against Cosby was settled and the case was dismissed. The terms of settlement are confidential.

So Rita Cosby couldn’t come up with the sex tape…
