Rick Astley has been nominated to win the title of the Best Act Ever. Fans are working online to get Rick Astley popular and nominated as the winner. In 2008 MTV Europe Music Awards, Rick Astley faces competition from U2, Briney Spears, Green Day, Christina Aguilera and Tokio Hotel. The ceremony for Best Act Ever will be in Liverpool at the Echo Arena on Nov. 6.
