Richard Vasquez, of Weston, Massachusetts, has filed a lawsuit against Tom Brady Sr., the father of Tom Brady, of the New England Patriots. Richard Vasquez alleged that Tom Brady Sr. persuaded him to forgo $415K worth of commissions by promising to make him (Vasquez) an equity owner in his San Mateo, California based company, Thomas Brady & Associates Insurance Services Inc.

Richard Vasquez claimed Brady Sr. failed to do that and in fact, fired him. Vasquez alleged that Tom Brady Sr. failed to repay him $180K for his business expenses. Richard Vasquez is suing Brady Sr. for breach of contract. Vasquez wants triple the amount of money in damages and his attorneys’ fees. Tom Brady Sr. has denied all of Richard Vasquez’s accusations.
