Richard Walker Sault was born on Dec. 23, 2008, or said to be born 2 days before Christmas. Richard Sault weighed 14 pounds 2 ounces. Mrs Sault delivered baby Richard Sault via a Caesarian section. Baby Sault could not fit into any of the newborn clothes his parents prepared for him. Mr and Mrs Sault said they exchanged his small clothes for larger ones.

The doctors and staff at Saddleback Memorial Medical Center in Laguna Hills, Orange County, Calif., were surprised at baby Sault. They said baby Sault is one of the biggest babies they have ever seen.
