Richard Rodriguez, 44, a California sheriff’s deputy, pleaded guilty to charges he imprisoned prostitutes, molesting and photographing them. Rodriguez tricked his victims into believing he was taking pictures for official police business.

Richard Rodriguez was in his uniform and marked patrol car when he approached street hookers on the pretension of getting their information to check their identities. Rodriguez drove the call girls to lonely places to touch or photograph them. Richard Rodriguez pleaded guilty. Rodriguez received 1 year and 4 months prison sentence.
