Richard D Davis was sentenced to death. In addition, Richard Davis received 22 terms of life in prison for his other convicted charges of murder and sexual torture of Marsha Spicer and the kidnapping, rape, torture and beating of Michelle Huff-Ricci.

Richard Davis committed the acts in April and May 2006. Davis recorded “sex tapes” of himself and his girlfriend, Dena D. Riley, beating and torturing Marsha Spicer and Michelle Huff-Ricci during forced sex. Dena D. Riley’s trial for capital murder and related charges will start in spring 2009.
