Richard D. Davis and Dena Riley were charged of forcing violent sex on two women, Marsha Spicer and Michelle Huff-Ricci. This happened in April 2006 and May 2006.

Richard D. Davis videotaped his crimes and this irony created evidence against himself. Six tapes of his sex crimes were found. Richard D. Davis & Dena Riley were seen raping and sodomizing Marsha Spicer and Michelle Huff-Ricci while the women were helpless and tied up.
