Richard Areingdale, 42, died. Areingdale’s death was an apparent suicide by hanging. However, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) was asked to investigate Areingdale’s death.

Areingdale was an employee of the House of Representatives, since 1999. Richard Areingdale was described as a legislative employee.

Areingdale was discovered dead on Wed morning, March 4. Areingdale was found dead near his office,in the Coverdell leg of the office building. Areingdale was wanted by Cobb Police because of some felony warrants. Richard Areingdale’s death is being investigated.
