Richard Anderson, a prison chaplain, violated rules by carrying out letters for Richard Tabler, a death row inmate. Anderson lost his job on Thursday, Sep 10. It is unclear if Anderson will be charged for his role in carrying out contraband and mailing the letters. Anderson admitted he carried out some letters for Tabler and he mailed them.
