Regis and Kelly dressed up for Halloween 2009. Kelly Ripa dressed as Lady Gaga, Regis Phiblin dressed as Susab Boyle. Ripa and Phiblin welcomed their guest, Donald Trump, who dressed as himself. Regis and Kelly talked to Trump about his daughter’s wedding.

    It was disgusting-very disrespectful of Susan Boyle.
    As bad as what Amanda Holden did.
    I will never watch Regis again!!!
