Reginald Davis, 18, was charged with rape and second degree battery. His bond was set at $100 K.

Reginald Davis was accused of raping his baby, 8 days old, when he visited his baby mama, 15, at her home. The baby was examined at Forrest City Medical Center with a skull fracture and she was transferred to Arkansas Children’s Hospital because of the serious injuries.
