Red City Entertainment sued Lil Wayne for failing to turn up to perform at his concert on Sep 27 2008. Red City Entertainment claimed they paid Lil Wayne $432 K to sing in a concert in the Bahamas. When Lil Wayne was a no show, police checked in his hotel room and found him sleeping inside.

Red City said they paid $210 K up front to Lil Wayne for his work and the balance of the money went towards expenses organizing the concert.
