Updated Dec 30 2009 – Rebecca Gayheart is pregnant and her baby is due this winter. Eric Dane and his wife Gayheart have revealed they are expecting their first baby daughter soon in winter.

Gayheart started to show a baby bump in September but didn’t officially acknowledge her pregnancy.

Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart have been married since 2004. Their fans are happy to learn the Dane-Gayheart family is expanding.

Rebecca Gayheart, Eric Dane and Kari Ann Peniche made a naked tape together. Rebecca Gayheart is married to Eric Dane now but the tape could have been made before or after their marriage in 2004.

Eric Dane is Dr McSteamy in “Grey’s Anatomy”. Kari Ann Peniche is a former beauty queen who allegedly became a Hollywood celebrity madam.

To be fair, Dane, Gayheart and Peniche were high on their respective cloud nines when their naked tape was filmed. The nude film may be legal as the three videoed themselves and were aware of their shoot.

Kari Ann Peniche was once crowned Miss Teen USA 2002 but she was stripped of her title when she stripped for Playboy. Peniche was engaged to Aaron Carter, a music artist in the Backstreet Boys. Peniche has a new stage name called Tristan Bailey. That is Peniche’s alleged handle for a madam business.

Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane have instructed their lawyers to threaten legal action against people who post the couple’s naked pictures and tape online. Dane, Gayheart and Peniche’s naked tape may no longer be private and confidential because the LAPD has taken custody of the tape. Gawker knows their legal rights.

Peniche claimed her tape was stored in the hard drive of her computer. This drive fell into the hands of Mindy McCready when they shared a room in Dr Pink’s Celebrity Rehab reality show. McCready took the hard drive. Peniche, Gayheart, Dane and McCready sent their representatives to negotiate over the hard drive. It was decided that Eric Dane would own the full rights of the naked romp tape.

Peniche denied leaking the tape online.

Mindy McCready denied stealing Peniche’s hard drive.McCready said Peniche stole her money and hard drive and it was not the other way around. McReady said Peniche wanted to steal her music. In Celebrity Rehab, McCready claimed she tried to steer Peniche away from drugs while they were roomies.
