Raymond Thurmond arrested for rape & cruelty charges
By Angie on August 13th, 2008Raymond Thurmond, of Lavonia, Georgia, imprisoned his wife and four kids in a mobile home for 3 years. Police and investigators opened the trailer and were assaulted by the bad smell. There were pests, human waste, filth and garbage piled in the trailer.
Raymond Thurmond’s wife and children were only fed sufficient food to keep them alive. Chicken and chips were their main diet. The kids were underweight. The wife went to the police only after learning that Raymond Thurmond had left for another woman.
Raymond Thurmond was arrested for raping his wife and cruelty to his children. Raymond Thurmond had also beat up his wife once. The neighbors had no idea Raymond Thurmond was married with a wife and kids.
