Raymond Foster: Foster killed Cynthia C Lynch at KKK meeting
By Therese Lisieux on November 12th, 2008Updated May 7 2010: Raymond Chuck Foster pleaded guilty mid-trial. Foster said he was guilty of the second degree murder charge. The first witness was testifying when Foster decided to forward his guilty plea.
Raymond Foster decided to plead guilty after he saw Victoria Lynch crying in the court room. After his plea, Foster spoke to Mrs Lynch and asked her to forgive him.
Judge Peter Garcia sentenced Raymond Foster to life in prison.
Mrs Lynch said she has forgiven Foster and is satisfied with the life sentence for him. She said Cynthia was born with some disabilities that prevented her from getting a formal education and a job.

A woman, Cynthia C. Lynch, 43, of Tulsa, was at a Louisiana campsite for a Ku Klux Klan initiation ceremony when she changed her mind. Cynthia Lynch asked to leave but a fight broke out. The leader of this KKK group, Raymond Foster, 44, shot and killed her.
Police found weapons, flags and 6 Ku Klux Klan robes at the campsite. Raymond Foster was charged with second degree murder.
Cynthia Lynch, who lived in Oklahoma, was recruited over the internet. Cynthia Lynch was supposed to join the KKK in Louisiana, and then return to Oklahoma to recruit more members. Seven other people maybe charged for helping to conceal the crime.
