Raoul Weil: Raoul Weil declared a fugitive

Raoul Weil, 49, the former chairman of global wealth management at UBS in Zurich was indicted. Weil was accused of helping wealthy clients evade taxes. The judge ordered Weil to be declared a fugitive. Raoul Weil denied any involvement in wrongdoing when he was indicted on Nov. 6, 2008.
