Rami Merza, 32, of Gilbert, Scottsdale, has died. Merza was shot dead by a gunman who has been captured as a suspect.

Police have arrested Ramsen Dadesho, 32, for the alleged killing of Merza. Dadesho had met Merza to make a drug deal of 50 pounds of marijuana. Merza’s pocket had a small quantity of the weed when he was found.

Dadesho allegedly shot Merza at close range. He walked away, only to turn back to take another shot at Merza. Dadesho again walked away but returned to shoot Merza for the third time. Police said Dadesho was suspected to be under the influence of drugs when he was arrrested.
