Rajendrasinh Makwana, 35, of Frederick, Md., is accused of planting a malware time bomb at Fannie Mae. Makwana’s motive may have been for revenge as he was fired on Oct 24.

Later, he allegedly planted the hidden code that was programmed to go off on Jan 31. Makwana’s contract was terminated on Oct 24 2008. Another Unix engineer discovered the malicious script 5 days later.
