Two women claim that R. Kelly had underaged sex with them. R. Kelly’s sex tape showed these 2 women who were girls and minors back then.

R. Kelly, age 41:

Two girls were in the sex tape. They were about 13-14 years old at that time. Both girls were identified but one of them said she was not the girl in the sex tape. The other girl would testify that she and the other girl were in the sex tape.

The evidence to be presented against R. Kelly: Two girls were underaged and had three way sex with R. Kelly.

R. Kelly’s lawyers and the girl who deferred would testify that she was not the same girl in the sex tape.

Prosecution has one girl on their side. R. Kelly’s defense team has the other girl in their camp.
