In Sumter, S.C., Quentin Patrick, 22, is a suspect in the shooting death of a boy, aged 12. This boy, his brother and father were shot at when they stood at the porch of the house of Quentin Patrick, in Sumter, South Carolina. The trio wanted to do “Trick or Treat” for Halloween. The 12 year old died from gunshot wounds while his father and brother were wounded and treated at the hospital.

Quentin Patrick has been arrested and detained in police custody. Patrick opened fire from within his home. There were others in the same house as Quentin Patrick but they were not charged. Most probably, others were not involved when Patrick opened fire on the “Trick or Treaters.”
