Queen Latifah will remain as Jenny Craig’s celebrity spokesperson for 2009. Queen Latifah lost 20 pounds on the Jenny Craig program in 2008. Scott Parker, Vice President of Marketing for Jenny Craig, said the company was proud of Queen Latifah’s achievements with Jenny Craig.

Queen Latifah said she was doing the program to fend off diabetes. Queen Latifah said she was happy with her body image but had to lose weight for the sake of her health.
