Pua Aloalo is a hibiscus flower found in Hawaii and other warm climates. The Pua Aloalo is a yellow colored hibiscus flower.

The Pua Aloalo can be used to brew teas. The benefits of the Pua Aloalo tea are touted as being able to regulate high blood pressure by helping to lower it, lowering cholesterol levels and strengthening the immune system. The Pua Aloalo is rich in vitamin C and offers resistance against the common illnesses like coughs and colds.

Sometimes, the Pua Aloalo can be found as an ingredient in other types of teas like the red zinger tea, sorrel tea and sour tea.

The Pua Aloalo is Hawaii’s flower to represent it as a state symbol.
