Princess Goodwin, 51, is a former model who had a horrific accident when her pet greyhound bit off her nose. Goodwin’s nose was saved by her surgeon as he created a new nose from bits of skin and cartilage from Goodwin’s face.

After her plastic surgery, Princess Goodwin said she was pleased with her new nose.
