Updated June 25 – Polo Marino was on probation after he was arrested for a DUI in California. Polo Marino could be sent to jail if the DA decided to revoke his probation. Six months in the slammer would be the penalty.

Polo Marino was arrested for DUI in 2006. In April 30, 2007, Marino was convicted for the DUI and placed on probation for 3 years. Marino has to obey all laws while under probation as his probation could be revoked and he would be sent to prison.

Updated June 22 2009 – Polo Marino, the manager of the band, the Black Eyed Peas, has surrendered himself to the police in Toronto. Mario Lavandeira, aka Perez Hilton, alleged he was punched 3 times in his eye by Molina.

June 22 2009 -
Perez Hilton alleged he was assaulted by Will.I.Am and his security guards. The Black Eyed Peas band was in Toronto, Canada, to perform at the awards called Much Music. The Black Eyed Peas won the Best International Video Group Award for their hit song, “Boom Boom Pow”.

Hilton twittered he needed the police so why didn’t he call them directly? Hilton twittered for the police. Hilton claimed he was bleeding and continually asked twitter followers to call for the cops. At the fourth twitter in the same series of messages, Hilton finally twittered that the local police had arrived.
