In 1991, Madonna and Vanilla Ice dated. Cynthia Rodriguez said that Madonna was involved with her estranged husband, Alex Rodriguez. This brought up many of Madonna’s old boyfriends before her marriage to Guy Ritchie. Vanilla Ice was one of Madonn’s ex to be remembered.
