Philippe Padieu: Philippe Padieu convicted on HIV assaults (photo)
By Therese Lisieux on May 30th, 2009Philippe Padieu, 53, was convicted on 6 charges of aggravated assault using a deadly weapon. Padieu allegedly knew he was HIV positive in autumn 2005. Padieu continued to have unprotected sex with women. Six women testified against Padieu.
Padieu’s lawyers defended him by claiming he was in denial on his HIV positive status. Padieu allegedly did not think he had an obligation to reveal his HIV positive status. Padieu had consensual sex with the women.
Phylogenetic analysis and DNA sequencing were used to determine that the infected women received their source of infection from one suspected individual. The victims claimed Padieu failed to disclose his HIV positive status to them and lied about himself being clean.

Philip, you deadly polluted scumbag sex addict who knowingly, deliberately infected massive amounts of innocent women (only God knows how many). I’ve never heard of a man that hated women so much that he vindictively gave them their death sentences. You are a toxic biochemical weapon who deserves a million times worse with your pain, fear and a long slow drawn out excruciating death since you show absolutely no ounce of mercy or compassion towards woman; just purposefully, hatefully giving them a cruel agonizing future toward their death. My family prays that you get all that you deserve from your lifetime behind bars and we pray that your fate lies in the hands of monsters behind bars worse than you so you will know what it’s like for the women that you decided to kill slowly. You deserve so much worse than that. Wait until your prison “boyfriends” find out what you’ve done on 20/20. I’m sure many of them will empathize with your victims since they have loving mothers and sisters. In behalf of my large extended family, we wish you a long painful life, you monsterous woman hater. You’re not a cassanova, but a murderous monster. You belong right where you’re at!!!!!
