Phil Boyce has quit his posts as WABC/New York PD and Citadel Communications VP of News/Talk Programming. Phil Boyce said he quit while his ratings were on a high and he had other new projects on his horizon. Phil Boyce had helped to develop Sean Hannity and Mark Levin. Hannity and Levin have ABC Radio Network shows now.
