Peta Superbowl Ad: Peta Superbowl Ad sex play (photo/video)
By Therese Lisieux on January 27th, 2009The Peta Superbowl Ad (photo/video below) showed simulated sex play. PETA’s Super Bowl ad showed women in lingerie holding asparagus, broccoli spears and pumpkins. The female models were licking the vegetables and stroking their half naked bodies with them. A couple of models had stalks of asparagus in their mouths, reminiscent of another type of oral act.
The Peta Super Bowl ad has been banned because it carried sexual connotations. NBC said the PETA Super Bowl ad was too sexual in nature. Michael McGraw, a spokesperson for PETA, said NBC received an email from NBC asking Peta to edit their ad before it could be aired.
