Paige Snear Apar once shared a children’s clothing business with Charlie Sheen’s former girlfriend, Paula Speert in 2002. Paula Speert hired her own daughter she had with Charlie Sheen; Cassandra Estevez, 22.

Paige Snear Apar alleged that she questioned Paula Speert over some murky finances inside the company during a business trip to New York in March 2008. Paula Speert was accused of using a wineglass to hit out at Paige’s face. Paige suffered cuts and other injuries around her right eye. Paige filed a lawsuit to press charges and she claimed Martin Sheen showed up in court to support Paige in June 2008. Paige has sued for $100,000 in damages. Casandra Estevez was accused of stealing money from the old clothing company. She had started a new clothing firm, supposedly with money she stole.
