Paul Schene, Malika Calhoun, Julie Chen: Schene Calhoun Chen videos
By Clarencia Cynrae on February 28th, 2009Paul Schene, a police officer from King’s County, is being investigated for alleged police brutality. Deputy Schene was caught on tape beating a girl, 15, when she was in police custody.
The girl was arrested when she took a car without permission. The girl stole a car belonging to the woman she stayed with.
Schene claimed he acted in defense. Schene claimed the girl kicked her shoes at him and verbally harassed him. The girl was shown on video doing that. Schene rushed into the cell, caught her, slammed her against the wall and then held her down to be handcuffed. Schene pulled her up by her hair and led her out of the temporary holding area.
After the altercation, the girl complained of breathing difficulties. The paramedics were called and they treated her in the sheriff’s office.
Schene is a 8 year veteran on the job. Schene has been charged with assault. Schene, a sheriff’s deputy, is on unpaid, administrative leave.
Some people think this was an unfortunate incident that has cost Schene his job while the minor gets rewarded with a lawsuit and damages.

Paul Schene has been involved in an earlier incident that had a fatal shooting. The inquest ruled that the shooting was justified. Some people interviewed thought that Schene acted with excessive brutality with the girl. The article is here.

I think once you actually view the video you will see that Mr Schene lost his cool and attacked the girl without provocation using excessive and unneccesary force. He should be sacked.

“Some people think this was an unfortunate incident that has cost Schene his job”. Some people apparently have a pretty strange definition of an “unfortunate incident”… If after 8 years on a job an officer assaults teenagers like that, then it’s about time they get another job.

“Some people think this was an unfortunate incident that has cost Schene his job”.
The unfortunate thing about the above is that it gives fodder to the detractors of the US. The fact that American people can excuse a grown man attacking a girl of 15 leaves people thinking what else they would excuse.
It takes a special type of person to excuse brutality from those who are charged with upholding the law.
I wonder what his colleagues think off this brave fella and the way he has dragged their uniform through the mud.
Sorry your honour I wish I had hit her four times while I had her pinned to the ground.

This beast is an insult to the title Police Officer. If this 15 year old had attempted to physically attack him his professional role would have been to apply restraints with the help of others. My question is why were two male officers in charge of the arrest of a female child. A lost animal would have been treated with more dignity than this child was provided. The child’s father was on CBS morning show today, he was very calm, Im sure if he encounters this jerk anywhere their will be a price to pay.

The little obnoxious shit admitted on TV that she kicked the shoe at the officer “because” she didn’t like his attitude toward her. She did assault him, she admits it is on purpose and who knows if she might have thrown a shoe at his head which really could have hurt him. I would have stopped the little shit from throwing anything else at me by taking her down. Who cares if she is a teenage girl. Take her ass down! If she was willing to assault the officer it seems reasonable she would be willing to assault further. Except for swing at her on the floor, all his other actions were 100% reasonable. Grabbing by hair and “push kicking” are standard defensive and take down measures
The vast majority of you are weaklings and pussies and fat lazy asses, have never been in a fight or been in danger of losing your life and you could not relate to the officers’ situation. Women often assault officers and just because they are small, doesn’t mean they can’t hurt the officer. As one who works with officers (I am not an officer) I hear all the time about the ones who are killed in my state since I know the head chaplain: I would suggest officers act forcefully and to disable any attacker who is willing to assault them regardless of size, gender, etc. The officer has been in situations where his life was threatened
The criminal little shit teenager was charged several weeks ago with threatening “shoot someone in the face”…may be officer had an intuition about the hood.
I think she got less than she deserved, frankly: I would have taken the little shit down in a heart beat if she threw something at me.
