Paul Dhaliwal was sentenced to 30 days jail and 3 years of probation for reckless driving in December 2007. Paul Dhaliwal violated probation by being caught for marijuana possession in December. Dhaliwal was arrested again for shoplifting in March 2008. For these violations of his probation, Paul Dhaliwal, 20, was sentenced to 16 months prison.
