Updated June 17 2009 – Police said the coroner determined Patrick Farrow’s cause of death was a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his head. Police usually do not comment when the case has been ruled a suicide.

Patrick Farrow, the older brother of Mia Farrow, 66, was found dead on Monday night, June 15. Mr Farrow was discovered dead inside his gallery and studio in Castleton, Vermont, near NY.

Mr Farrow was a sculptor. Farrow once said his imagination for his art was developed from years on movie sets and from his parents. Farrow was the son of John Farrow, a writer, and Maureen O’Sullivan, an actress.

Police are treating Mr Farrow’s death as suspicious. The autopsy results will reveal more on the cause of death of Patrick Farrow.
