Parker Lofgren, 39, Caroline Lofgren, 42, and their 2 children, Owen Lofgren, 10, and Sophie Lofgren, 8, have died. The Lofgren family were found dead in their home in Aspen, Colorado. On Friday evening, some friends of the Lofgren family found them dead. The Lofgren family was visiting Aspen and stayed in their temporary home.

Technicians found that the hot water and snowmelt systems had malfunctioned. This led to high levels of carbn monoxide being released in the house. The Lofgren family would have their autopsies done in Grand Junction. More information may be available later.
