Pamela Ann Smart (Wojas) is a convicted murderer. Smart conspired with her boyfriend, William “Billy” Flynn, and his three friends to kill her 24-year-old husband, Gregory “Gregg” Smart, in Derry, New Hampshire. The crime was committed in 1991. Pamela Smart was sentenced to life in prison.

Pamela Smart claimed she was innocent. Smart claimed Billy Flynn could exonerate her but said he would not do that. Smart is now serving a life sentence without parole.

Pamela Smart is unrepentant after 20 years. Smart still says she is innocent.

Of the four teens who were involved in the murder in some way, Billy Flynn and Patrick Randall won sentence reductions. Flynn and Randall are eligible for release in 2015. Raymond Fowler and Vance Lattime have been paroled.

The story of Pamela Smart ahs been made into a movie called “To Die For.” Nicole Kidman played Pamela Smart in the movie released in 1995.
