John Solecki was freed by his captors on Saturday, April 4. Solecki was abandoned by his captors in a village in south Pakistan. Solecki was in captivity for about 2 months.
John Pawlowski, a Philadelphia police officer, was killed after after responding to a street fight Friday night, Feb 13. Officer John Pawlowski and other police officers exchanged gunfire with the suspect. John Pawlowski was shot several times. The suspect was wounded. More information is not yet made available.
