Joaquin “Shorty” Guzman, Mexico’s most wanted man, has started a drug war on Chihuahua’s drug baron, Vicente Carrillo Fuentes. The third drug cartel, consisting of the Gulf cartel, around the Gulf of Mexico, has joined the melee.

Tom Coleman, an undercover police officer, arrested about 46 people in Tulia, Texas for drug activity. They were nicknamed “Tulia 46”. Forty arrested suspects were black. Six white suspects were associated with the black community.
Jonathan Lebed was 15 in September 1999 when he started buying stocks using accounts at AOL and E*Trade. Lebed used fake names to post messages in Yahoo Finance message boards to recommend the stocks he bought to other readers.
Brooke Heike, is suing Central Michigan University and Sue Guevara, the women’s basketball coach. Heike claimed that Guevara kept her benched and revoked her scholarship.

Nussie, whose real name was Chris Lynell Jackson, was killed in a shooting on Monday night, Feb 9. Nussie was fatally shot in a house on America Street. Police did not reveal the name of the man who was killed. Chris Jackson’s sister said her brother was shot.
Julio Osegueda was selected by Obama to ask a question. Julio Osegueda praised the Lord for getting a chance to meet the President. Osegueda introduced himself and said he worked at McDonalds for 4 years. Osegueda wanted to know how Obama’s administration could help him out.
