Ryan LeVin’s Porsche was suspected to have hit two pedestrians, Craig Elford, 39, and Kenneth Watkinson, 48. LeVin told the press he was not behind the wheel of his Porsche. LeVin’s lawyer, Keith Seltzer has refused to comment.
