Oprah Winfrey interviewed Rob Lowe, who has just fled his home in Montecito.

Rob Lowe told Oprah that he left his home in Montecito with his children. The Lowe family left on Thursday night. According to Lowe, they left the scene with only minutes to spare. Rob Lowe said the fire came on so fast that it was incredible.

Oprah Winfrey said on her Friday show that her friends in the Montecito area left on Thursday. Some of them who had pets took the animals with them.
