For those who believe the reports that Michael Jackson died before he reached UCLA, then the OK magazine Michael Jackson cover photo showed him dead. As TMZ reported, Jackson was without heartbeat or pulse when the EMT arrived at his home. Dr Murray gave Jackson CPR. The EMT personnel gave Jackson CPR. When the EMT staff wanted to pronounce Jackson dead, Dr Murray refused to allow them and insisted they send Jackson to hospital.

If you believe TMZ and the EMT, that photo of Jackson on a gulley/ stretcher, being transported to hospital, showed a dead man. OK Magazine paid half million for the rights to that photo.
