OJ Simpson, aka The Juice, has a jury of twelve to decide his fate on the charges of kidnapping and armed robbery. OJ Simpson faced 12 counts of criminal charges.

Simpson, 61, was accused of robbery during which he and a few others robbed a man of sports memorabilia, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Nevada has laws stating that kidnapping and armed robbery carry potential life sentences. The judge had a hard time screening jurors. He had to ensure that they were not going to punish OJ Simpson for the supposed crime of killing his wife, Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend, Ronald Goldman.

Four men involved in the armed robbery have struck plea deals with prosecutors for reduced jail sentences. They testified against Simpson. Simpson said he was unaware the men carried weapons and he said he did not see them draw out weapons.
